Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how FiftyGPT ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use this website and its tools.

1. Information we process

Tool inputs. Text or images you submit to a tool are processed to generate your result. When a tool uses an external AI provider, your input is transmitted to that provider for processing under their terms. We do not publish your inputs or use them to train models.

Usage statistics. We log which tool was used, when, how long it took, how many characters were submitted, and a one-way hashed identifier derived from your IP address for fair-use limits and abuse prevention. These logs do not contain your text and are deleted after 90 days.

Account data. If you register, we store your name, email address and a hashed password.

Messages. Contact-form submissions and support chat messages are stored so we can reply.

2. Cookies

We use a session cookie that is strictly necessary for the site to function (security tokens, your chat session). If advertising or analytics are enabled, those third parties may set their own cookies — see our Cookie Policy.

3. Advertising

If ads are shown, they are served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings.

4. How long we keep data

Tool usage logs: 90 days. Support messages: until resolved plus a reasonable archive period. Account data: until you ask us to delete your account.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time via the contact page or hello@fiftygpt.com.

6. Security

API keys and credentials are stored encrypted. Passwords are hashed. Access to admin functions is restricted and rate-limited.

7. Children

This service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
