Terms of Use

Last updated: June 28, 2026

By using FiftyGPT you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

We provide online writing and analysis tools, some of which rely on third-party AI providers. Free usage is subject to fair-use limits that may change. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any tool at any time.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the tools to produce or distribute unlawful, harmful or deceptive content; attempt to overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service; bypass rate limits; or submit content you have no right to process. Tools that rewrite text are provided to improve clarity and tone — not to facilitate academic dishonesty or to misrepresent authorship where disclosure is required.

3. AI results are estimates

AI detection scores, image analysis and similar outputs are probabilistic estimates. They can be wrong. You are responsible for how you use them, and they must not be used as the sole basis for decisions about a person (including academic or employment decisions). See our Disclaimer.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to text and images you submit. You grant us a temporary license to process them solely to provide the requested result.

5. Accounts and API

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and API keys. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the API.

6. Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
